The EVOLVE’15 Board of Advisors will review and rate submissions in four areas (quality of content, originality, practical application & credibility of speaker) and the resulting scores are added up. The submissions in each category with the highest scores are considered first. In the case of topic overlap a lesser scoring submission may be selected to keep variety in the program. Submissions that include code and/or whitepaper will be given first priority and consideration for review.

People submitting a talk proposal will get email notification that EVOLVE’15 has received the abstract generally within 48-72 hours of receipt of the submission. Once selection has been completed you will receive an email a confirmation of acceptance or rejection.

FAQs

Are all breakout sessions included in the conference fee?

Yes, all breakout sessions are included in your conference registration fee. You can register online for your breakout sessions. They are first come, first served so arrive at your session rooms early to be sure you'll get a seat.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. You will be prompted for credit card information when you register online.

I've already registered but cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

Yes. Contact us at evolve@3sharecorp.com and we’ll make it happen.

Is there a group discount?

Yes. Group discounts are available for groups of 5 or more. Contact evolve@3sharecorp.com for details.

Is lunch included in my registration fee?

Lunch is provided and there are daily breaks, and Grab & Go breakfasts. The concierge at the Hard Rock will provide a list of local eateries upon request.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, each attendee is welcome to bring one guest. Guest registration includes admission to evening parties only. You must be at least 21 to attend the evening parties. During the registration process, you will be able to register a guest at a price of $99.

What if I cannot get a room at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego?

The EVOLVE registration process allows you to book your hotel as part of the registration. This will guarantee your stay at the Hard Rock and you will receive the best available room rate. There is limited availability at this rate. Once the room block is full, we will remove this options from the registration and you will be responsible for booking your own accommodations.

Does the Hard Rock Hotel have an Airport Shuttle?

No. However, the hotel is only a 10-minute taxi ride from Lindbergh Field.

Are there accommodations for special needs at the conference?

Yes. Please note any special needs during registration, and also when you reserve your hotel room.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can receive a refund less a $150 fee for cancellations made by May 1, 2015. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Send your cancellation in writing to evolve@3sharecorp.com. Wow, that just got real. Registrations may be transferred to another person (whew).
